Lady Xa Tollemache

Xa Tollemache has been designing gardens since 1996, and has worked in London as well as the United States, Europe and Scandinavia. Although many of her projects are traditional in theme, each has it’s own character, designed to fit in with the surrounding landscape and architecture.

Projects range from small courtyard gardens to large estates, and include the Millennium Garden at Castle Hill in Devon, new boarders at Dunbeath Castle in Scotland, and the Cloister Garden at Wilton House near Sailisbury. Xa’s own Garden at Helmingham Hall in Suffolk, which she has extensively redesigned over 25 years, is open to the public from May to September.
