Erik Williams, founding partner, Will & Way Total Cannabis Solutions — Erik Williams has six years of cannabis industry experience as a consultant and as founding partner of Will and Way, a cannabis business solutions consulting firm, which advises clients nationally and internationally for a wide range of cannabis business and regulatory issues, including as National Director of Government and public affairs at Colorado-based Mindful. His focus has been on helping new businesses start up in emerging markets.
David Couch, attorney who led the statewide ballet initiative — Since 2001, David Couch has been exclusively representing those abused and neglected in nursing homes. In addition to advocating for the rights of the elderly in court, Couch is involved with organizations that help shape policy to ensure that people’s rights are being protected by both the federal and state governments. In recognition of his efforts to protect the rights of individuals, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association has awarded him the President’s Award and the Civil Justice Advocacy award.
Douglas House, state representative involved in the legislative framework — Rep. Douglas House is serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 40 which includes portions of Pulaski and Faulkner County. For the 91st General Assembly, Rep. Anglin is considered a national expert in marijuana public policy, having been selected to rule making working groups for the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division on more than 10 occasions, and has been instrumental in creating legislation directly at the Colorado General Assembly that benefits the regulated cannabis industry.
